Refund Policy

Fix The Resume is a digital service built around a specific promise: you see the draft before you pay. This policy explains what that means for purchases.

How payment works

The resume is generated and visible in locked preview before any payment is made. Payment unlocks that exact draft for 14 days of full access, continued refinement, and up to 5 successful PDF downloads. It also triggers one email with your private resume link. The PDF itself is not sent as an email attachment.

Because you see the generated draft before paying and because the paid draft can still be reopened during the 14-day access window, all sales are final.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the resume produced. The system is designed so that by the time payment is made, you have already evaluated the result.

If something goes wrong on our end

The one exception is a genuine technical failure. If your payment was processed but your private resume link was not delivered, or your PDF could not be downloaded due to a system error, contact us at support@fixtheresume.com with your payment reference. We will either restore access to the same draft or issue a full refund.

We are not interested in keeping money for something we did not deliver.

Legal framework

This policy is governed by India's Consumer Protection Act 2019. For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected where required by law.
