Terms of Service

Fix The Resume is a structured resume improvement system. You provide your background, the system evaluates the supplied details and prepares a resume draft. Locked preview shows only its first page before payment. If no acceptable revision survives our checks, the original may be preserved; improvement is not guaranteed.

Payment unlocks the specific draft you are reviewing. After unlock, you can review the full document, use up to 8 paid refinements during 14 days of access, reopen it from the private recovery link emailed after payment, and download up to 5 successful PDFs while access is active.

There are no accounts and no subscriptions. Drafts and checkout records are retained temporarily to support recovery, payment confirmation, and export.

The resume is built from what you provide. If your input is false, misleading, or fabricated, that is your responsibility. Every resume that leaves this system goes out under your name.

The output is designed to produce strong, evidence-based content. No automated system is infallible. You are expected to review the draft and confirm it accurately reflects your experience before using it with any employer.

Fix The Resume does not guarantee that the output is accurate, complete, or appropriate for every role or employer.

You agree to use this service only for your own personal, lawful purposes. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Use the system to generate resumes for others commercially without permission
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

Scores are our internal diagnostic estimates. They are not employer ATS scores or probabilities of passing screening. Source support checks compare writing with details you supply; they do not independently verify your history. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we retain draft and payment data only as long as needed to support generation, recovery, unlock, and export. You are still responsible for saving your PDF after export.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fix The Resume is not liable for:

• Employer decisions or hiring outcomes
• Inaccuracies in the generated output
• Data loss after the documented retention window has passed
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the service

See our Refund Policy. It explains the standard change-of-mind policy, technical failures, duplicate payments and service-delivery problems. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Payment unlocks this specific draft for 14 days.

Per-IP rate limits apply to generation, checkout, refinement, and export operations. Sustained abuse may result in access being blocked without notice.

We may update these terms when the product changes in ways that require it. Continued use of the service after an update is posted means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
